eSign-PRO

The eSign-PRO system is intended for creation of the MEDO Internet services providing exchange of legally significant documents between the enterprises of large and medium business, their partners and branches. Such functions as a possibility of group signing of outgoing documents and maintaining the magazine of passing of the document are added to updating of the beginning of 2013.

The basis of functionality of a system is formed by transaction of multisigning of electronic documents by responsibles of each of the interacting organizations, providing thereby the commonly accepted procedures of their approval and design. Besides, there is a possibility of its integration with ERP- and ECM systems unrolled at the enterprises. In particular, using special modules such integration is implemented for "1C: Accounting".

The eSign-PRO system is implemented on client-server technology and provides connection via the web interface. The cryptoplug-in of eSign Crypto Plugin with the built-in certified means of cryptographic information protection (MCIP) "CryptoCom 3.2/3.3" is applied to accomplishment of cryptographic transactions (certificates of FSB of Russia of SF/114-1551, SF/114-1552, SF/124-1553, SF/124-1554 of 11/7/2010, the Federation Council/124-1697 of 7/15/2011). eSign Crypto Plugin is compatible to any of the modern browsers implementing the NPAPI or ActiveX interface (for Windows) and supporting the scenarios JavaScript: MS of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera (Windows), Chrome.

As certificates of the EDS the qualified certificates made by the Certification Centers (CC) accredited the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, in particular, of UTs of Signal-KOM company of e-Notary are used.

The functions of signing of outgoing documents added to the new version of eSign-PRO at different stages of their passing and maintaining according to each document of the magazine of its signing allow to receive and print information on the one who already signed the document, who has it for signatures at present and who else should sign it.

"Speaking about the legislation, it is possible to note that with acceptance there is practically no number of Federal Laws left (Federal Law No. 63, Federal Law No. 229) recently paper documents which could not be replaced them with electronic analogs using EDS technologies, - the CEO "Signal CÔME" Vladimir Smirnov says. - It, certainly, does a problem of implementation of services based on the eSign-PRO system rather relevant. From own practice I can tell that work with eSign-PRO not only is convenient, but also it is extremely effective. Exchange of bilateral documents at their signing by three responsibles from each of the parties takes no more than 5 minutes taking into account time for viewing the document".
