Signal CÔME

The Russian company "Signal-KOM" was founded in 1990 and today is one of the leading developers and suppliers of the means of cryptographic information protection (MCIP) and applications on their basis.

"Signal CÔME" - avtorsistema "Bank Client" based on e-mail Sprint Mail, the first Russian Certification Center Notary-PRO providing support of the Public key infrastructure in the systems constructed based on two-key cryptography. The certification center of e-Notary company issues more than 30 thousand certificates of the public keys used for protection of electronic document management, electronic marketplaces, delivery of the electronic reporting and ensuring strict authentication of servers. The list of clients "Signal CÔME" contains more than 1000 organizations among which there are leading bank and financial structures (IK Aton, VTB 24, Gazprombank, Uralsib, "Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development" and others), state bodies and also different business companies.

History

2012

• The certificate of FSB of Russia on compliance PAK UTS by version 2.6 "Notary-PRO" to requirements of the Federal law "About the Electronic Signature" is received;
• The e-Notary certification center obtained the state accreditation in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications and is entered to the list of the accredited certification centers;
• The new version of Inter-PRO Client (v.6.0) supporting OS Windows, Linux and Mac OS X is released;
• The project of Author's social network "Digital Autograph" (www.i-autograph.com) creating the personified (entrusted) segment in the Internet including copyright protection and creation of the markets of author's address products is started.

2011

• The new version of service of Intercorporate electronic document management of eSign-PRO (www.esign-pro.ru) is released. Service is intended for automation of transactions of multisigning, exchange and storage of the multilateral electronic documents presented in the form of the files of any format and circulating between the enterprises within their business activities.
• The e-Notary Certification Center (CC) received the status of the authorized UTs on rendering services of release of signature key certificates for participation in electronic biddings on Federal electronic platforms: Index Agency RTS LLC; Sberbank Automated System of Biddings Ltd; JSC "Unified electronic marketplace"; SUE The Agency according to the State Order, Investment Activities and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan; MICEX — Information Technologies Ltd.
• The e-Notary certification center is accredited in Network of the Entrusted UTs FTS Russia. Receiving accreditation allows to issue the certificates necessary for delivery of tax statements and work with services of the Federal Tax Service.
• The certificate of conformity of FSB of Russia of the Federation Council/124-1715 of October 04, 2011 on the means of cryptographic information protection (MCIP) "CryptoCom 3.2" for the Java platform is received.

2010

• the software package Notary Verify intended for expansion of opportunities of the Notary-PRO Certification Center (CC) is developed;
• the service of intercorporate electronic document management eSign-PRO intended for exchange of primary accounting documentation and invoices within business activities of the enterprises is developed;
• the certificate of accreditation as testing laboratory is received;
• new modules for Signal-COM JCP cryptoprovider – Signal-COM Java CMS and Signal-COM Java TLS are released;
• the new version of Signal-COM CSP cryptoprovider supporting 64th bit computer platforms and working under control of OC Vista is released and Windows 7.

2009

• integration of the cryptographic Signal CÔME applications with hardware cryptography on "board" of the MS_Key USB key is implemented;
• the certificate on a CIPF "CryptoCom 3.2" for Solaris OS is received;
• the certificate of FSB on the hardware and software system (HSS) of UTs "Notary-PRO" of version 2.6 is received;
• Signal-KOM Ltd companies and JSC Infotecs signed the agreement on combined actions on creation and transfer to government institutions on a grant basis of the cryptoproviders.

2008

• the Signal-COM Java TLS library representing Java implementation of TLS v1.0 and SSL v3.0 protocols expanded with the Russian cryptographic algorithms of enciphering, hashing and the digital signature is developed;
• the new version of the Signal-COM CSP v2.1 cryptoprovider supporting the Windows Vista operating system and also a number of the applications and a component included in structure of this OS is released.

2007

• Signal-KOM and S-Terra Siespi companies provided on the market of information security tools the module for the VPN organization - NME-RVPN (Russia VPN Network Module) developed jointly by Cisco Systems and S-Terra CSP companies and containing the certified cryptographic solutions founded based on a CIPF "CryptoCom 3.1" Signal-KOM companies;
• certificates of FSB of 11/7/2007 on a CIPF "CryptoCom 3.2" are received.

2006

• the software package Voice Coder Mobile for protection of negotiations on the cellular transmission networks working at communicators and smartphones running Windows Mobile 5.0 OS is developed;
• the cryptographic library Signal-COM Java Cryptographic Provider (Signal-COM JCP) implementing the Russian cryptographic standards is released.

2005

• the program of compatibility of a CIPF of different Russian producers in main products of the company is implemented: Notary-PRO, Message-PRO, Signal-COM CSP, etc.;
• the version of Inter-PRO mobile for pocket computers and communicators is released.

1990-2004

• 1990, December - creation of the company.
• 1991 - based on the body of the TA-12 WEF telephone set is developed the MAS-1 phone-maskirator intended for protection of negotiations against direct listening.
• 1992 - the cryptolibrary implementing the Russian and western standards on enciphering and the EDS running MS DOS OS is developed; the program of the visual analysis of voice signals of SQV is conferred the second award at tender of Borland company.
• 1993 - the system of the protected voice mail is developed for Sprint company; the Signal CÔME company becomes the distributor of services and the partner of Sprint telecommunication company; based on e-mail Sprint Mail it is developed one their first Russian systems bank client using enciphering and the EDS; at the Novosibirsk fair the Signal CÔME company for the developments is awarded a gold medal.
• 1994 - the client-server version "bank client" where as a management system for distribution for key information certificates of X.509 v.1 were used is developed This system was implemented more than in 100 banks and served as a prototype of the modern systems of remote banking constructed using the Public key infrastructure (Public Key Infrastructure – PKI).
• 1995 - is released the first Russian Voice Coder telephone set - 2400, intended for the guaranteed protection of telephone negotiations; the DG complexes - 24S and DG - 24A, intended for the VPN organization on X.25 networks and protection of telephone lines are developed.
• 1996 - there was the first version of low-level cryptolibrary "CryptoCom" under control of DOS and Windows which served as a CIPF prototype "CryptoCom 3.0".
• 1997 - the first version, widely adopted afterwards, the Inter-PRO complex intended for protection of Web of technologies with a possibility of the EDS under electronic forms is released.
• 1998 - the program version of the first Russian Certification Center - Notary-PRO providing support of the Public key infrastructure in the systems constructed based on two-key cryptography is released.
• 1999 - complexes are developed for creation of VPN based on the TCP/IP and IP protocols – Net-PRO and IPSafe-PRO and also the first version of high-level cryptographic library Message-PRO which found wide recognition among application developers using a CIPF; the project on the VPN organization of Guta Bank integrating more than 100 of its departments and branches and also the project on protection of the Telebank system using the Inter-PRO complex is implemented.
• 2000 - the program of Mail-PRO for protection of e-mail MS Outlook is released; the project of creation of network of the protected telephone communication for JSC Gazprom based on Voice Coder telephone sets - is implemented 2400.
• 2001 - certificates of FAGCI on a CIPF "CryptoCom 3.0" are received; transfer of all product line of the company to the certified CIPFs is complete.
• 2002 - product introduction of the company in bank and industrial sectors of economy.
• 2003 - the version of Signal-COM CSP cryptoprovider is released; the certificate of FAGCI on a CIPF "CryptoCom 3.1" is received.
• 2004 - the File-PRO complex received the certificate of the National award on security of "ZUBR-2005"
