E-Notary

According to act of the Russian Federation No. 63-FZ "About the electronic signature", the documents signed with the qualified electronic signature are recognized as documents, equivalent to the paper documents signed with the sign manual. It means that the qualified signature based on the qualified certificate received in any accredited UTs should be accepted without restrictions in the territory of the Russian Federation by all information systems of the government, local government authorities and other systems, including corporate.

Now the qualified certificates are already used on the portal of public services www.gosuslugi.ru, on the all-Russian website of public procurements zakupki.gov.ru, in the unified federal register of data on the facts of activity of legal entities www.fedresurs.ru, in a system of accounting of charges and the facts of payment www.roskazna.ru, in the unified register of the domain names containing information of zapret-info.gov.ru prohibited for distribution in the territory of the Russian Federation and also in the different systems of intercorporate e-document flow. In the nearest future transfer the systems of delivery of reportings in electronic form of FTS, the Social Insurance Fund, RPF to work with the qualified certificates.

The qualified certificates of UTs "e-Notary" are intended for all these applications and systems. "Distinctive feature of all of UTs constructed on our technology, - the CEO of Signal-KOM company Vladimir Smirnov notes, - the possibility of key generation and formation of requests for certificates is during the work via the web interface from under different operating systems (Windows, Mac OS and Linux) and with support of broad set of Internet browsers. The UTs technology allows to create the remote centers of registration (CR) and by that to market EDS certificates in the most remote regions".

The qualified certificates of UTs "e-Notary" are supplemented with a set of the certified software for work with the specific applied systems and applications. For convenience of users and if necessary the staff of the company leaves in office of the customer for preparation of a workplace and consultation on work with electronic platforms.

Except qualified, UTs "e-Notary" issues certificates of the strengthened electronic signature for application in different protected applications. For example, for submission of reports in electronic form to FTS, the Social Insurance Fund, RPF, in the client bank systems, corporate systems of e-document flow and also for authors of social network "Digital Autograph" (www.i-autorgaph.com) representing the entrusted segment on the Internet.
