Biography

Was born in the city of Moscow.

Ended in 2000. The Moscow state technical university "MAMI" in "Economy and management at the enterprise (mechanical engineering)".

In 2002 ended training in the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation in Law.

In 2006 - a postgraduate study of MSTU of "MAMI", protection the thesis for a degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

2012 - defended the dissertation for a degree of the Doctor of Economics.

Career

Since 1999 - the legal adviser, afterwards — the vice-chairman of the trade-union organization of students of MSTU of "MAMI".

In 2001-2003 worked in financial and analytical divisions of subsidiary companies of the Gazmetall group.

In April-November, 2003 — the head of department of social programs of the Moscow state social university.

Since November, 2003 — the chief of planned financial management of MSTU of "MAMI", along with 2005 — the head of financial and economic service of the university and the associate professor "Marketing and management".

In September, 2006 it is appointed the vice rector for economy and finance of MSTU of "MAMI".

Since April, 2008 - the rector of the Moscow state technical university "MAMI", after reorganization of university and accession of Moscow State University of engineering ecology to it since February, 2012 – the rector of the Moscow state machine-building university (MAMI).

For January 23, 2013 holds a post of the rector of the Moscow state machine-building university (MAMI).

Achievements

Is engaged in scientific and pedagogical activity as professor of Management department, more than 50 scientific works in the field of improvement of organizational and managerial and financial systems of the enterprises, researches of economic aspects of implementation on the motor transport of hybrid power units and alternative fuel types are the author.

Other activity

As the rector A.V. Nikolayenko directs activity of the academic council and selection committee of the university, is a part of Expert advice at the State Duma Committee on the innovative development of automotive industry and special equipment, the working group on legislative ensuring professional education at the State Duma, is the vice-chairman of Scientific and technical council on development of automotive industry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the member of editorial councils of a number of hosts of automobile editions.
