The Moscow state machine-building university implements a complex of instruments of accounting and automation systems

Specialists of Expert center in work with educational institutions of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed an implementation project of the accounting system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform at the Moscow state machine-building university (MAMI), the press service of integrator reported on January 23, 2013.

Start

On September 1, 2012, after merge of the Moscow State University of Engineering Ecology (MSUEE) and MAMI, integration of the accounting systems of universities was required. Account in MAMI then was kept in separate bases in this connection the management of the university decided to create a single system for increase in effective management of finance of the reorganized university.

The project charged to Expert center on work with educational institutions of the company "1C: The first BIT". Implementation of programs 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8, "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" and also specialized solutions "BIT: Management of finance of public institution", "BIT: Salary and the personnel in university" on the platform "1C:Enterprise 8" is carried out.

Are automated:

• Control of a funds expenditure and performance of agreements;
• Payroll calculation for 2000 employees of university;
• Personnel records;
• Maintaining staff list;
• Accounting according to the current legislation;
• Faultless accounting more than 23,000 fixed assets.

Svetlana Vasilyevna Bondar, the chief accountant of the Moscow state machine-building university (MAMI) emphasized: "Merge of universities - rather long and labor-intensive process in which it is necessary to provide all parts. Consolidation of the accounting systems of universities is one of important parts of this process, and here it is necessary not only to transfer correctly all data, but also to consider all features of work which at educational institutions there is a lot of. Thanks to experienced specialists "1C: The first BIT" and to the automated means of transfer of 1C:Enterprise 8 transition is successfully executed in only three weeks".

Project Results

Transfer of fixed assets and material stocks is executed of MGUIE base in the MAMI uniform base. The 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program allowed to automate accounting and reporting according to the relevant legislation. In a system account of 23,000 fixed assets is kept, on them depreciation recalculation is executed that provided completely correct data.

Andrey Vladimirovich Nikolayenko, the rector of the Moscow state machine-building university (MAMI), noted: "Now in the Russian higher educational institutions there are many changes: criteria of efficiency of university are developed, the activity assessment is carried out, in a number of universities it is carried out or reorganization is planned. In these conditions a reliable system is necessary for accounting and management which would help to control the vital indicators".
