The module "Meetings" ensures functioning with the documents used by preparation and holding meetings (meetings). The business processes concerning drawing up and approval of plans and agenda of meetings and also formation of summary reports and minutes of meetings are automated.

Success of a meeting for 90% depends on quality of its preparation. Thanking technologies of electronic document management all participants of the meeting in advance are warned about the agenda, all materials, necessary for a meeting, are loaded into a system, the protocol of discussion is made and approved with all participants.

Such preparation leads to the fact that:

• the workers possessing the necessary information come to a meeting;
• time for discussion since participants are concentrated on key questions is reduced;
• the made decision is performed;
• participants are put into joint work.
