ESKADO or the Electronic System of Complex Workflow automation - own universal solution of Interprocom company for process automation of office-work and conducting electronic document management of any enterprise. The product is created on the network IBM Lotus platform, we will combine with Mac OS and Windows 32/64-bit. The latest version of a system supports a full-fledged work of users far off via any web browser and also from mobile devices Android, iPad iPhone, Windows Mobile. The product is developed in 1996 and successfully implemented in the companies of the financial and consulting sector, in transport and raw material companies, in health facilities, the state organizations and interbranch holdings.

A system is universal, does not require completions that allows to guarantee optimal price relation and product qualities, at the same time can be complemented with modules under unique needs of the customer. 2019: Release of a rkliz of ESKADO of version 7.6

On May 20, 2019 Interprocom company announced a release of the next version of a system of complex workflow automation of ESKADO 7.6.

More than 30 different changes answering to wishes of clients of Interprocom company and which are result of close work with customers of a system are added to this version.

Changes and additions were made both at the level of functionality, and at the level of different fields of documents. Improvements adapt a system for the last needs of users, are directed to increase in convenience of their work and acceleration of interaction between participants of business processes.

For example, in the module "Projects" possibilities of the user on the organization of stages and documents of the project are significantly expanded. The feature for movement of tasks in the project, including resubordination of tasks to other tasks and also resubordination of applications and change of numbering of all project tasks is added. Now it is possible to make conveniently recalculation of terms for the connected tasks and to move resources on hierarchy. Function of creation and removal of communications between tasks or resources is added.

Much attention is paid to visualization of the course of the project. In the corresponding cards graphic display of project duration and tasks is added. At the same time the percent of execution of a task or the project is selected in green color.

"ESCADA 7.6"

Traditionally improvements concerned the functions intended for department of marketing. If on an action it was possible to register only the staff of firms earlier, then now if necessary it is possible to register firm. During creation of activity of its field are automatically synchronized with a registration card of the participant at the event. All innovations are aimed at reduction of routine transactions and accumulation of useful information in the sections which are most demanded in work.

Thus, our solution turns into a system more and more a case management based on which it is possible to implement automation practically of any business processes at the request of the customer, and for very short term.

2017: Release of a rkliz of ESKADO of version 7.4

On July 27, 2017 the Interprocom company announced release of ESKADO of version 7.4.

More than 30 changes directed to reduction in cost of implementation, maintenance and operation, expansion of CRM functionality and support of work of mobile users were a part release.

The version became available from a cloud and can is purchased on the Software as Service model (Software-as-a-Service, SaaS). It allows to lower purchase costs and maintenance of IT functions, simple remote access.

Starting with version 7.4, all beginning users and users who recovered or prolonged a subscription and support of ESKADO receive two mobile applications on platforms Android and iOS "ESKADO: My office" and "ESKADO: Sales". These applications supplement systems capabilities in a part EDMS and CRM.

In this version focus is made on expansion of opportunities for sales management and CRM: are added the navigator on a sales cycle and analytics of transactions. They provide transparency and allow heads to obtain information on an exit to planned targets and productivities of sales managers in an evident form with color indication, to reveal bottlenecks quickly to react and timely to select necessary resources. In the module "Transactions" the feature for the configured reports on activities and transactions is added.

Mobile application "ESKADO: Sales" for work from the Customer Relationship Management System system module of ny devices allows to browse quickly the list of clients and all information on them, quick search of the companies, their employees, calls from cards of clients, to create and send e-mail messages, to enter information on customers and employees, to edit the available data. Work with activities and transactions is implemented in the web system interface.

The module "Marketing" is finished. Fields and the statuses for participants and organizers are added to a card of an action and a registration card that allows to render to clients the personified service. Information exchange with other modules is improved, reports on marketing efforts and function of package mailing are expanded. Features for visualization location are added: it is possible to look on the card at the actual, legal and postal address as now the addresses of partners and users open as a hyperlink through Yandex. maps.

Function of substitution of the Full Name and head's position in a case form is added to an agreement template. Search capabilities by the QR code are expanded. This function is implemented in all modules ESKADO. The QR code and a stamp can be put down in the attached files.

At the command of the user a system will transform text and graphic files to the PDF format and puts down in them the QR code and stamps. The user defines the maintenance of a stamp and the place of setting. Action of "A printing \card with the QR code" for printout of a card of the document together with the QR code and printings of the QR code of the current document is added to versions at printing of the magazine of execution, the report on approval and the report on acquaintance.

Now our clients are quickly connected to service on our website, describe structure of the organization, add users and their right of access to documents then all range of opportunities of ESKADO becomes available to them - it saves from need to select separate functions. 2016

Release of a rkliz of Eskado4sale

On December 9, 2016 the developer company of product ESKADO - Interprocom announced release of release of a system.

The product allows to consolidate all information about suppliers, partners, clients and to store the detailed history of interaction with them and cooperation. By means of search means it is possible to find information on the interesting firm and its employees, including bank details of the organization. Service stores all information on potential clients, helps to keep their list, accounting of activity on them, then to transfer them to the partner and the transaction.

Developers provided a possibility of setup of processing stages of each document type. It is possible to plan a way of documents, having separated it into separate stages, such as sending for consideration of the management, for approval, acquaintance or execution, into processing in other division or service (for example, in accounting, office, personnel department), removal of the document from control, etc. There is an opportunity to configure templates (routes) of approval of documents — their use allows to accelerate many times preparation of agreements and many other documents, important for organization.

Version history software, (2016)

In a system constantly there are opportunities helping to simplify laborious work of conducting document flow. In particular, search in the QR code — it allows to find instantly cards of documents using the webcam.

Among recently implemented functions there is a support of mobile opportunities: managers of the company can keep transactions by means of mobile devices on the IOS platform and Android, at the same time their management will trace a picture of sales on the smartphones or tablets:

  • "ESKADO: Sales" for work with clients (CRM) and maintaining transactions,
  • "ESKADO: My office" for work with documents which require actions of the user.

Mobile application "ESKADO: Sales" helps:

  • browse the list of clients and all information available on them,
  • execute quick search of the companies,
    • employees,

  • make calls to clients from their cards,
  • create and send e-mail messages,
  • enter customer information and the employees,
  • edit data on the available partners.

Being a full-fledged CRM-application, "ESKADO: Sales" gives the chance to create and browse transactions with customers and also all activities with them, using for this purpose quick search.

For the employees who are not connected directly with sales mobile application "is had by ESKADO: My office", it is focused on support of "traditional" functions of electronic document management:

  • working off of the documents which were submitted to the mobile user for approval or execution
  • planning of its actions,
  • the organization of interaction with the staff of the company and its partners and so forth.

Escada of v7.3

On February 16, 2016 the Interprocom company announced release of a system of complex workflow automation of ESKADO of version 7.3. The release included more than 15 significant changes which expand possibilities of users under approval, to search and document storage and automate them using the QR code. Menus and functions for system administrators do setup of properties and management of documents and roles of users in ESKADO simple and ergonomic.

  • In release 7.3 the adaptive version of the web interface which adapts to the screen sizes is improved, and the design of a card of the document for printing is changed.
  • In all modules of this version function of search of the document by the QR code and the augmented list of documents in which it is possible to put down the QR code and a stamp works. Software works with the attached files of the DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, RTF, PDF, BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, ODT, ODS formats. At the command of the user a system will transform text and graphic files to the PDF format and puts down in them the QR code and stamps. The user defines the maintenance of a stamp and the place of setting.

Work with documents is improved by means of the mechanism of creation of document revisions. Action "Is added save \the New version" which saves the current version as the response document.

The new section Administration in the main menu is available to administrators. It includes the event log, a basket and the blocked documents. There was a possibility of access restriction on reading and editing cards of the nomenclature, the functions connected with change of the Full Name of the employee or change of the deputy and responsible persons of the contractor are added.

Technologies develop quicker and quicker, and we improve ESKADO that our EDMS always was relevant and convenient for users, through all available resources simplified laborious work on conducting document flow. So, most of users in workplaces has cameras for a long time, and it would be inexcusable not to use them. The QR code is an enormous economy of forces and time for search of the necessary documents: read the camera the code - and the registration card of the document opened. We believed that the QR code will be demanded in banks, the insurance, retail companies - where there is a big flow of agreements. This function was necessary and to the small companies, we use with pleasure. Therefore we turned on the QR code in all modules, we will and develop further it.

Changes happened also in price policy: from version 7.3 all new users and also the users who recovered or prolonged a subscription and support of ESKADO receive the web client and the mobile client of ESKADO free of charge.

2015: Release of a rkliz of Eskado of v7.2

On June 4, 2015 the Interprocom company announced an exit of release of Eskado version 7.2.

In release are offered:

  • options of approvals of documents,
  • recognition of the scanned text
  • automatic translation of files in the *.pdf format,
  • setting of the QR code
  • profound integration into the MS Excel.


The short description of the implemented properties

  • In version 7.2 the expanded option of approval of documents in Eskado's bases works. For each approving the separate card of approval where it can save the document revision is created or attach additional files. In this version the combined type of approval of documents breaking an approval cycle into stages of parallel and consecutive approval is supported. There was a function of signing of documents in Vnutrenniye base.

  • Function of setting of the QR code and stamp in the file. At the command of the user a system will transform files - as text, so graphic which contain texts of agreements and other agreements in files of the *.pdf format and puts down in them the QR code and a stamp. The user independently configures the maintenance of a stamp and the place of setting of a stamp and the QR code. According to developers, this function will become the effective tool for the companies conducting intensive exchange of paper documents, their archive. It will be irreplaceable, for example, when the partner returns to the company the signed agreement copy: it will be possible find a card of approval and storage of the document in Eskado two cliques, schitav the QR code the webcam.

Function of setting of the QR code and stamp works in the test mode for files of Dogovory base so far, and will work in other bases in the following updates of ESKADO.

  • Possibilities of the web interface of Eskado are expanded. Setup of menu items of the 1st and 2nd level for the web client Eskado is added, it is possible to include the additional bases created on templates and Proekty base in the menu.

It is an opportunity to add registration number or the name of the partner, and automatic recognition of the scanned text to the file name. And of course QR code. There is no such simple, elegant and effective solution in one workflow system. The version only appeared, and we already received positive reviews from users: The QR code saves their forces and time. And I am very glad that our daily work on Eskado's improvement yields such results and brings benefit to clients. 2014: v7.1 ESKADO

The Interprocom company announced in June, 2014 a release of the new version of a system of complex workflow automation of ESKADO 7.1. In release wishes of users are considered, new functionality and databases are added, the design and ergonomics of modules is improved, dialogs are processed and integration with MS Word and Excel is deepened. More than 20 significant updates affected all components of a system that work with documents was even simpler, and the answer of a system even quicker.

All design of the new version became easier and laconic. A system received a new set of icons for bases, the design of document forms is changed. Users can display contents of a personal account and a mailbox in the main menu now.

In new release search capabilities according to several databases are expanded. The number of details according to which it is possible to run for document retrieval is increased, the choice between full-text and normal search is provided to the user. Users had more opportunities for setup of access rights to information: now access rights can be set on a card of firm and the employee's card. In settings of a system the separate Access button appeared.

In version 7.1. there were new features and bases, for example, the tool for work with the addressing information. The qualifier of the addresses of the Russian Federation KLADR allows to detail and arrange the addressing information and also to use selection filters on geographical sign.

Possibilities of the web client of ESKADO were also significantly expanded, the modules "Knowledge Base" and "Control" are added to it.

2013: Module "Meetings"

For April, 2013 the module "Meetings" ensures functioning with the documents used by preparation and holding meetings (meetings). The business processes concerning drawing up and approval of plans and agenda of meetings and also formation of summary reports and minutes of meetings are automated.

Success of a meeting for 90% depends on quality of its preparation. Thanking technologies of electronic document management all participants of the meeting in advance are warned about the agenda, all materials, necessary for a meeting, are loaded into a system, the protocol of discussion is made and approved with all participants.

Such preparation leads to the fact that:

  • the workers possessing the necessary information come to a meeting;
  • time for discussion since participants are concentrated on key questions is reduced;
  • the made decision is performed;
  • participants are put into joint work.

The ESKADO system covers all key problems of document flow at the modern enterprise:

  • transition to paperless technology,
  • office-work automation,
  • control of execution of documents and instructions,
  • approval, imposing of resolutions,
  • management of contractual documentation,
  • planning, organization and creation of minutes of meetings and meetings,
