The INTALEV group began the project with Teleks Group on implementing solution of Intalev: Sales management, the company contractor reported on January 25, 2013.

Solution

The management of Teleks Group came to the decision on development of the system of key performance indicators (KPI) which on the one hand would allow to manage obtaining integrated result of activity of the Company (profit), and with another – to become a basis for updating of an incentive system of personnel.

Project implementation took 2.5 months and included the next stages:

  • Development of an organization structure;
  • Development of factor model;
  • Development of the system of stimulation.

Project deliverables were following features:

  • timely response to the processes happening in divisions, the external environment, acceptance of the advancing actions for achievement of the planned result;
  • operational management of activity;
  • performance appraisal of divisions, heads, personnel;
  • search of points of further growth of efficiency of the company, cost reduction, increase in the sales demand and sales - improvement of climate in collective, increases in rating of the company as employer, creation of a clear system of motivation of personnel on achievement of integrated result – profits of the company.
