Biography

Was born in Udomlya, the Tver region.

In 1990 graduated from the Kalinin state university Specialty — history; qualification — the historian. Teacher of history and social science;

In 2000 - the Russian state pedagogical university of A.I. Herzen (. St. Petersburg) in "Management in the social sphere", qualification — the manager.

Career

1990 — 1993 - the teacher of history of high school No. 3 of Udomlya of the Tver region

1993 — 1994 - the deputy director for educational work of city elementary school, Udomlya of the Tver region

1994 — 1996 - the inspector of GORONO schools, Udomlya of the Tver region

1996 — 2000 - the manager metodkabinety GORONO, Udomlya of the Tver region

2000 — 2008 - the deputy manager of department of formation of administration of the Udomlya district of the Tver region; head of department of education, head of department of formation of administration of the Udomlya district of the Tver region

2008 — 2009 - the first deputy head of the department of formation of the Tver region

2009 — till present - the Minister of Education of the Tver region

For January 25, 2013 holds a position of the minister of the Ministry of Education of the Tver region
