TD "Sibagropribor" carries out complex upgrade of accounting systems

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" ("1C: Accounting and Trade") optimized a trading activity of TD "Sibagropribor" using software products "1C: Accounting 8. Prof" and "BIT:CRM", the company contractor reported on January 29, 2013.

Objectives

Until recently when conducting accounting and tax accounting Sibagropribor used the basic version of the 1C: Accounting 8 program. The limited functionality of a system did not allow to carry out accounting of the enterprise properly. Employees experienced strong strain because of large volumes of work. It negatively affected quality of the reporting. Besides, the management understood that in the conditions of promptly changing requirements to business organization it is already not enough to be only the respectable taxpayer. Therefore for the purpose of maintenance of competitiveness the decision to optimize the business processes which are responsible for involvement of new clients and increase was made arrived.

The management Sibagropribor addressed to the company "1C: The first BIT", having experience of automation of large enterprises. Her specialists analyzed business processes of the enterprise and on the basis of data retrieveds picked up solutions, optimal for the customer.

Solution

During the project are carried out the procedure of upgrade with "1C: Accounting 8. The basic version" on "1C: Accounting 8. Prof", installation "1C:Enterprise 8. Client license for 10 jobs" (program protection) and product "BIT:CRM 8". All staff of TD "Sibagropribor" was trained and received detailed instructions of users.

According to opinion of customer representatives, additional functions of the program "1C: Accounting 8. Prof" facilitated work of accountants: it is possible to enter completions taking into account individual user requirements into the system, to keep account of geographically distributed information bases. At the same time, the multi-user operation mode in a system is available. As result, in Sibagropribor decreased temporary and labor costs of personnel, the quality and term of preparation of the provided reporting improved.
