The Nice Systems company announced at the beginning of 2013 start of the system of the optimization of personnel (Workforce Optimization/WFO) based on cloud computing and offering functions of record, quality management, analytics, personnel management, performance management, management of incentive payments and the solution "Client's Voice". Solutions are proposed in the form of services of external placement or in shape SaaS that gives to clients more flexibility, reduces their initial expenses and accelerates implementation.
According to developers, using the WFO system implementation of cloud solutions for contact centers, back offices, branches and sales points happens much quicker and requires smaller initial costs in comparison with other implementation methods.
