In 1991 with honors graduated from the Lviv Polytechnical Institute majoring in "Industrial and civil engineering".
In 1996-97, as winner of competitive selection of the Program of grants E. Masks of U.S. State Department, Rostislav got second higher education at the rate of Master of Science in Business Administration of the Illinois University (USA).
