Content

A2B - the box version and an online enterprise management system offered to use on the basis of SaaS (from engl. Software as a Service – the software as service). It is possible to use A2B from any device (e.g. the smartphone, the tablet, the notebook) connected to the Internet. A system represents the complete solution of problems of planning, project management, conducting sales (CRM), control of instructions, document flow (EDMS), the organization of interaction between employees, accounting of the ideas.

After connection of the organization the place for storage of files and data of 5 GB is selected. If necessary it is possible to increase disk space.

A2B (from engl. A2B: 'automatization to business', automation for business) are comfortable Internet services for the organization of such internal business processes as: long-term and mid-term planning, control of instructions, management of structure of the company and personnel, project management, customer relationship management (Customer Relationship Management System), corporate portal, and much, many other...

The idea of A2B is simple – it is necessary to develop business correctly, from strategy before execution control. A system provides simple tools for company management from uniform point of entry. Effective management depends on the correct goal setting. The purposes break into stages: plans and projects. For their implementation it is necessary to build the system of sales, to keep account of schedules, to control instructions, to configure document flow and to apply the ideas of employees. 2013: new version of the module "Orders"

On November 14, 2013 the A2B company announced a release of the new version of the module "Orders".


The module "Orders" is the system of setting, control and accounting of internal instructions and requests from one employee to another.

Changes in the new version

reduces time for a routine:

  • browse course of execution

the performing discipline of employees is increased:

  • the interface of the module allows to control terms and process of execution of the order quickly;

work with order is simplified:

  • delegation,
  • adding of the comment or file,
  • providing report,

The updated module differs in more user-friendly interface in comparison with the previous version. Now all instructions are visible on one page and are categorized: "I am an author", "I am a contractor", "I am an observer".

All participants of order can attach files and add comments which will register in the magazine of order and will be available to viewing at any time. There was a new opportunity – fast tracking of active actions on order. Now emergence of changes can be seen when viewing the general list of instructions. Using this function it is possible to trace quickly on what of instructions work does not move and to quickly take necessary actions.

Instructions can be issued according to the document or the project. The user will be able always to see communication of order with other system modules. It is impossible to pass new order or to forget about the coming completion date as notifications come to e-mail to users and to a tape on the homepage of A2B. All forthcoming events are automatically entered in the personal calendar of the employee for completion date (the calendar can be synchronized with Google the Calendar).
