JSC Soda equips corporate communications with the technological solution

Announced Softline integrator on February 7, 2013 project completion on system deployment of the joint communications of Microsoft Lync Server 2010 for JSC Soda.

The purpose - efficiency

The tasks of increase in employee performance, creation of a single platform of communications, both in the company, and in all holding "Bashkirian Chemistry" which part are JSC Kaustik (Sterlitamak, the Republic of Bashkortostan), JSC Soda (Sterlitamak, the Republic of Bashkortostan), JSC Berezniki Soda Plant (Berezniki, Perm Krai) and also transport company Transneftekhim Ltd (Moscow) are set for the management of IT department of JSC Soda.

As the solution for implementation of the tasks the Microsoft Lync Server 2010 system is selected. The Softline company became the partner of the project.

Solution

At the first stage of the project specialists of the Ufa representative office of Softline booked audit of IT infrastructure, communication channels and network topology of the customer.

The second stage unrolls a pool of Lync Server 2010 Enterprise which represents the integrated environment integrating modern means of corporate communication.

Result

Implementation of infrastructure of the joint communications allowed to reduce communication expenses between the organizations by creation of federations between the companies of holding and also to increase efficiency and quality of communications between employees. Besides, for convenience of users and their fast adaptation to a system means of centralized operation by contact lists with support of groups was implemented.
