Leopart Center LLP automates preparation of the reporting

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project on automation of accounting and tax accounting in LEOPART Center LLP implementation of software "1C: Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan", the company contractor reported on February 8, 2013.

Tasks

For the purpose of creation of the mechanism of receiving a reliable picture of business activities of the organization and ensuring its work according to precepts of law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the management of car center made the decision on implementation of a special accounting system. The functionality "1C: Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan" conformed to customer requirements according to qualifying standards. The company "1C became the contractor of the project: The first BIT". Her specialists carried out installation and setup of the program to short terms, trained users.

Result

Automation of the basic accounting processes allowed to lower personnel labor costs, to reduce time for preparation and drawing up reporting documents, to reduce risk of their inexact filling and also simplified process of interaction between departments.

Staff of divisions independently fixes data on payment and calculations in the 1C: Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan program. Information is quickly displayed in the unified register. If necessary the authorized representative can easily consolidate data and create on the basis of them reports. All transactions are conducted in strict compliance to the relevant legislation of Kazakhstan.
