KRUG company automated and put into operation a fiscal metering system of thermal energy accounting of thermal energy at the Arkhangelsk combined heat and power plant, the company reported on February 8, 2013.
Tasks
A system is intended for collecting of process parameters from metering devices of thermal energy and information representation on station personal computers.
Funktsiona ASKUTE
- Collecting of operational and historical data from SPT961, SPT961M and SPT961.2 heatcalculators of production of NPF Logika (St.-Petersburg) by the following parameters of the heat carrier: pressure, temperature, mass flow, volume flow, thermal power
- Data visualization
- Maintaining history of parameters
- Signaling of deviations of parameters from the set borders
- Formation of protocols of registration of emergency situations on process parameters
- Automatic formation of daily and monthly sheets
- Providing reporting documentation in the Excel and PDF formats for any time frame
- Personnel access to functions of a system by the password.
Composition
- The ASKUTE server based on the SCADA/HMI DataRate server (collecting, preparation and data view to clients of a system)
- Clients of ASKUTE based on the client applications SCADA/HMI DataRate (visualization of the prepared information, providing reports of any form)
- SPT961, SPT961M and SPT961.2 heatcalculators (measurement of parameters of the heat carrier).
NPF KRUG executed delivery of the corporate software, development of the application software, commissioning and metrological certification of a system.
