SCADA/HMI DataRate is a simple and efficient tool for building dispatch, monitoring, control and control systems for production processes. DataRate, with its wide functionality and rich graphics capabilities, allows you to quickly create and debug user projects of various complexity.
2015: SCADA/HMI DataRate 4.0
The main task of the new version 4.1 is to make the process of creating solutions based on SCADA/HMI DataRate "transparent," convenient and fast. In particular, there were ways to quickly develop automated systems including many of the same type of objects (which is especially important for energy accounting and management systems).
In this version of DataRate:
- improved mechanisms for creation and initialization of automated systems projects
- more attention is paid to system development tools that make the most of the advantages of the object approach
- Enhanced web-based access and communication
- enhanced capabilities of event and alarm subsystem, as well as reporting subsystem
- IIS Express, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 support added
- DataRate training and maintenance tools have been supplemented with new examples and documents.
2013
Transfer of rights to EnergoKrug's product
In 2013 NPF Krug , LLC "" stood out from Power circle the company, which transferred the rights to the following three products:, PTK EnergoGorod PP EnergoKrug and/HMI SCADA DataRate. Such information TAdviser was shared with representatives of the NPF "Circle."
SCADA/HMI DataRate 4.0
This version provides developers with tools to quickly and efficiently solve a variety of automation problems, taking into account modern trends in the development of control systems. The time to solve many types of problems has been drastically reduced. At the same time, DataRate has become much easier for developers. An optimized interface and new tools help in creating projects, making working in SCADA/HMI DataRate easy and enjoyable.
Major changes to DataRate 4.0:
- Enhanced graphics capabilities
- Support for data exchange with Web services is implemented
- Trend Subsystem Improved
- New Object Library Tools Created
- Industry Energy Accounting Library Created
- A number of other existing tools have been optimized.
Graphics subsystem:
- Support for vector formats of graphic files. In addition to the built-in vector graphics editor DataRate, it is now possible to use external files in vector formats.svg,.svgz,.emf and.wmf. to create a primitive Figure.
- Scaling desktops. The new version eliminates the need to create several desktop options for different monitor resolutions, the project can freely scale to display information on the screen of any size. Scaling desktops in combination with vector graphics allows you to implement flexible user interfaces with the ability to easily view them on various monitors, tablets, large-format graphics panels and other graphics devices.
- Preview of mnemonic diagrams. The mnemonic preview tooltip window speeds up project development, allowing you to avoid wasting time opening the view. To find the necessary mnemonic diagram, just move the mouse cursor to the required element in the project tree.
- The preview window of the graphics library. Allows you to quickly find the desired image in the graphics library and place it on the mnemonic diagram. Creating a primitive Figure is carried out by simply dragging the selected image from the graphics library window.
- Updates the composition of the graphics library. The composition of the graphics library has been optimized, new elements have been added, some of the existing images have been converted to vector format.
Data Exchange:
- Support for WEB services. DataRate 4.0 implements a new tool for integration with other information systems - using Web services. Web services allow you to organize information exchange between different applications distributed on different nodes of the network both within the organization and on the Internet. With their help, it is possible to create a service-oriented architecture (SOA) that allows you to systematize functions, make the information environment more flexible, solve the problem of integrating loosely connected information systems (for example, SCADA and statistical analysis systems). Thus, Web service support is an effective tool for integrating applications both within a single company and between different companies. Using this functionality, the DataRate user can create a new class of solutions: in particular, send control commands to the WideTrack server (with a Web service module), including through the Internet.
- The new WT connector user interface allows you to set up data acquisition from WideTrack in fewer steps (compared to the previous version) thanks to hierarchical information presentation, sorting and tag filtering. The updated WideTrack connector also supports a data verification mechanism.
Trend subsystem:
- Dynamically add feathers to the Analytical trend in runtime mode. Adding feathers dynamically allows users to get more information without stopping the system. For example, if the temperature exceeds the specified range, in addition to temperature and pressure, the operator can quickly display the status of the pumps and valves on the trend. Thus, this function allows you to quickly receive important information and quickly respond to changes in the state of the system, as well as make the user interface more concise, simple and convenient.
- Setting up "docking" of historical data. In the new version, the Trend Manager has the ability to flexibly configure the process of pumping historical data. The function will allow users to control the process of obtaining historical information depending on the bandwidth of communication channels and the hardware configuration of its system.
Working with libraries:
- Support for specialized libraries of technological objects. The DataRate 4.0 distribution includes a Library of technological objects for energy resources metering.
The library includes a set of technological objects containing everything necessary to quickly create solutions for accounting for energy resources (electricity, water, heat and gas). Library objects contain views, scripts and tags, sample reports, and other data needed to create a project. Thanks to the new library, the process of creating and configuring energy accounting projects can be carried out in the shortest possible time. In the near future, new additional industry libraries are planned.
- The Quick Object Creation and Binding mechanism speeds up system creation and automates a number of common functions. You can now add a new item to the mnemonic diagram by dragging it from the corresponding library with your mouse (you can add a new object to the library in the same way). The wizard provides replication and creation of many objects of the same type with the possibility of forming the main mnemonic scheme of the project and linking the created objects to data sources: in particular, it allows you to quickly link the data received from OPC servers developed by KRUG-Soft to objects of the energy resources accounting library.
