On October 14, 2016 the Homnet Consulting company announced expansion of number of connections to set "1C: WMS Logistics. Warehouse Management 4" in Voskhod-K Car company.
Choosing a Solution
Growth of the company demanded performance improvement of the employees working with a warehouse of the company. The decision to expand the number of the connected radio terminals to "1C: WMS Logistics. Warehouse Management 4" was made, the product was already earlier implemented. For acquisition of additional licenses the management of Voskhod-K Avto LLC addressed to Homnet Consulting company with which productive cooperation is set up.
Project Results
Use of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. WMS Logistics. Management of a warehouse", allows the company of a message comfortable, automated management of technology processes during the work with the range of goods. Acquisition of additional licenses allowed to expand the number of the connected radio terminals, thus the number of at the same time working users in a system increased, therefore, performance increased.
2012
For the first time the management of Voskhod-K Avto addressed in "Homnet Consulting" in 2012 concerning automation personnel, accounting and tax accounting to the companies. The decision on automation based on software products "1C: Accounting 8 PROF" and 1C: Payroll and HR Management "8" was made. Afterwards, in 2013 and in September, 2015, the company purchased additional client licenses. Thus, in 2016 the total quantity of the automated jobs in the company is 600.
As it is mentioned in a reporting response, implementation of "1C: Accounting" simplified work of staff of department of accounting, lowered labor costs, reduced a set-up time of documents, provided the centralized business and tax accounting. And thanks to implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management" the management received full control over the processes happening in the company, there was an opportunity to analyze personnel structure, to make management decisions on the basis of complete and reliable information.
The Following Functions Were Automated:
- Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
- Analysis of personnel structure
- Personnel records
- Personnel recruitment
- Payroll calculation
- The regulated reporting
Maintenance:
- Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
- The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
