The Internet-Frigate company developed a geographic information system of ensuring activity (GISOD) and a segment of municipal GIS on the Docsvision platform for Department of the property and land relations of the city of Rostov-on-Don, the press service of integrator reported on February 13, 2013.

Objectives

Relevant geoinformation which contains in the subject database and documents of Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Rostov-on-Don (Daig) is necessary for full implementation of the activity of DIZO in a foreground mode.

Enters all these Daig into automated information system of ensuring town-planning activity (ISOGD) which is also developed Internet-Frigate on the Docsvision platform. The information exchange rate is important for departments, bases should contain up-to-date and reliable information always.

Project

The GISOD system created in department of the property and land relations and the ISOGD system operated in Department of Architecture and Urban Planning are united in a segment of a municipal geographic information system (MGIS) in the field of the property and land relations of the city of Rostov-on-Don. Consolidation is the first step in the course of creation of a common information space between Departments of Architecture and Urban Planning and the property and land relations of the city.

The solution GISOD is executed based on the Docsvision platform, as the cartographic server the module "is used by GIS dock: geo-viewing" (Internet-Frigate developer). At the moment about 150,000 documents are stored in a system - it is the total amount of all available data. In a year increase in base by 3 thousand – 5 thousand documents is expected.
