Department of the property and land relations of the city of Rostov-on-Don (DIZO)

Department of the property and land relations of the city of Rostov-on-Don - the industry (functional) body of city administration of Rostov-on-Don entering into its structure, providing carrying out uniform policy in the field of management and the order of municipal property and the land plots within city line, combining branch management with the functional management of cross-industry character.

Main objectives of department:

• management and order in accordance with the established procedure objects of municipal property of Rostov-on-Don;
• management and the order of the land plots within city line;
• ensuring carrying out uniform policy in the field of management and the order of municipal property;
• implementation of the cross-industry leadership in management and the order of municipal property for the purpose of increase in efficiency of its use for implementation of social and economic programs of development of the city;
• implementation on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation of uniform policy in the field of privatization of municipal property.
