1C-Rarus: Depositary

1C-Rarus: The depositary, edition 2 is the ready-made solution is developed for automation of depository accounting of the organizations working at security market on the 1C: Enterprise 8.0 platform. When developing setup requirements of FFMS and PARTAD for accounting of transactions in security market were considered.

Aiming

• To the staff of depositary of investment company to consider securities of depositors, to prepare the regulated and analytical reporting taking into account requirements of the legislation;
• Implement a common information space of internal and depository accounting of investment company.

Main Features

• Administrative transactions: opening and account termination of depot, the section of the custody account, change of details, appointment of the operator of the custody account, appointment of the manager of the custody account, appointment of the trustee of the custody account, canceling of the operator of the custody account, canceling of the manager of the custody account, canceling of the trustee of the custody account, canceling of instructions on the custody account;
• Inventory transactions: deposition, removal from deposition, securities transfer, movement of securities, transfer of securities as a deposit, return of securities from pledge;
• Complex transactions: blocking of securities, removal of blocking of securities, encumbrance of securities by obligations, removal of encumbrance of securities by obligations;
• Global transactions: converting of securities, securities redemption, crushing or consolidation of securities;

Automation of labor-intensive processes

• Recognition of the stock and off-exchange exchange transactions manually or through loading from reports of the broker (txt, dbf or xls format);
• Recognition of transactions by means of loading from the standard solution "1C-Rarus: Back office, edition 5";
• Loading of quotations from the files delivered by the main marketplaces (MICEX, RTS);
• Carrying out reconciliation with a back office of existence of securities on each client;
• Calculation of different types of the depository commissions with a possibility of formation of invoices.

When developing this software product fragments of the code of a standard configuration Enterprise accounting of a system of the programs "1C: Enterprise 8.0" with respect thereto it is required that at the user the main delivery of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product was available are used.

The configuration has the protected software modules unavailable to change by the user.
