Long-term experience and positive dynamics of increase in production (30-50%, in a year) allowed to put at the beginning of 2003 into operation the first stage of the new ultramodern plant. The general capital investments in a complex made over 100 million US dollars. The area of industrial complex is 20,000 sq.m.

In the fall of 2006 construction of the new body which total area of 32 thousand sq.m. is planned. The megaplant is almost not limited in a possibility of increasing production and expansion of an assortment row.

Stable partnership with the leading manufacturing companies of raw materials and the equipment in Belarus, Poland, England, Italy and Germany is improved.

The enterprise has the highly qualified specialists, own scientific centers and laboratory developing a compounding of new types of products and exercising the most strict quality control of products on all production stages. Structural divisions are equipped with the first-class research and special equipment.

Special attention is paid to development of an internal training system of personnel. The training seminars and trainings with the staff of the company who allows to increase professional competence and efficiency of accomplishment of assigned tasks are regularly provided.
