Shakhnazaryan Armen Avinerovich

Biography

Born in 1981, in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Shamkhor.

In 2003 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (MISiS) with a degree in Information Systems in Economics. There he graduated from graduate school and defended his thesis on the topic "Models and methods for optimizing trading systems in the securities market."

Since 2003, he worked at EGAR Technology as a project manager.

In 2007, he took the position of Director of the Department of Automation of Investment Activities EGAR Technology.

Since 01.01.2014, he worked at Technoserv Consulting as the head of the department for the implementation of remote banking systems.

Since 07.2015, he moved to the post of head of Digital Solutions Practice at Technoserv Consulting.

Since 11.2015, in addition to the existing duties, Technoserv Consulting has created a direction for integrated automation of real sector enterprises in the economy on the basis of the 1C platform.

On December 7, 2017, Armen Shahnazaryan was appointed Executive Director of the Russian EGAR Technology Group.

It is a great honor and, of course, a challenge to lead a company in which I have gained unique experience in working with Russian and international financial organizations and huge potential for further development. The main tasks of the EGAR Technologies group of companies at this stage: automation of risk management to support IFRS 9 and Basel III, support of EGAR Technologies clients in business digitalization, as well as the development of services both in Russia and abroad, - commented on his appointment Armen Shahnazaryan.
