Renaissance Capital passes to a new stage of creation of processing system of "Big Data"

TIBCO Software Inc. completed the first stage of the large project which will help the leading investment bank "Renaissance Capital" to realize all potential of large volumes of data, the press service of the contractor reported on February 15, 2013.

Background

The contract with TIBCO company is designed to expand possibilities of bank on processing of large volumes of market information which will arrive in real time from transaction and traditional data sources. Renaissance Capital already sees substantial increase of access rate to business data and decision makings that inevitably leads to increase in number of transactions.

On the next stage of the project it is supposed to improve the system of creation of the reporting. Thanks to the new platform the bank will be able to provide to the clients the "self-serviced" tools of the analysis and visualization of dynamic and statistical data instead of the generalized and static daily reports on efficiency of the investment portfolio.

The central components of the project will become grid-technology for data management in RAM of TIBCO ActiveSpaces and the platform of analytics TIBCO Spotfire.
