The Gosmorspassluzhba of Russia lays great hopes on the new center of operational management

The Polymedia company completed creation of the state sea rescue coordination center for FBU "Gosmorspassluzhby Russia", the press service of integrator reported on February 16, 2013.

The complex of technical means of the Center allows the responsible person on duty of Rosmorrechflot and the operations duty officer of GMSKTs to collect automatically up-to-date information from all subordinates and the cooperating services — data on meteoconditions, arrangement sea and aircrafts — and based on this information to develop plans of rescue operations.

Fixed asset of display in GMSKTs headquarters - the videowall from four tonkoshovny LCD Flame 55 UNB panels in configuration 2×2 with the general resolution of 3840×2160. The multiwindow functionality is provided with the controller of the PolyWall 0404 videowall, own development of the company. The workplace of the chairman is equipped with the interactive tablet. In an operational zone additional resources of display — the LCD Flame panel with diagonal 55 ″ are set.

In zones GMSKTs the DIS conference system and the video LifeSize conference system allowing to interact with administrations of seaports, duty captains-coordinators of MSKTs(MSPTs), other command centers of federal executive authorities, in particular with NTsUKS of Emercom of Russia are set.

The video conferencing is implemented based on the equipment Lifesize Room 200 with the built-in server of multipoint connections on 8 subscribers. In the subordinated rescue centers the VIDEOCONFERENCING program terminals Lifesize Desktop are installed. For the VKS organization, in the hall three Sony EVI-HD1 HD PTZ video cameras of quality are installed.

In GMSKTs several types of record — telephone recording, record of audio conferences, multistream record based on the equipment Sonic Foundry MediaSite RL Recorder and also record VIDEOCONFERENCING through LifeSize UVC VideoCenter are made.

The equipment of the center is protected by the system of uninterrupted power of General Electric. Management of all integrated systems in the Center is implemented using the Crestron system. Control of visualization in the Center is exercised using software of VIRD 2.0 Polymedia company.
