The I-Teco company announced on February 18, 2013 project completion of creation of a process management system of support and providing IT services in Russian Regional Development Bank (JSC VBRR) on the platform of the HP solution Service Manager.
Goal
The management of JSC VBRR made the decision to optimize the existing procedures of providing IT services due to unification and process automation of incident management, service requests, problems, configurations and changes. Specialists of I-Teco company are involved in implementation.
Work progress
The embodiment of the project implements end-to-end processing procedures of addresses of different types, the necessary level of control of activity of staff of IT departments of bank regarding the implemented processes is provided thanks to what the created organizational and technology system provides effective support of the provided IT services.
Stages of the project included the complex analysis of the current activity of IT department of bank which results are used at the subsequent design of processes, direct design and implementation of the unified processes of support and providing IT services and also start of a single system of automation of these processes based on HP Service Manager and its integration with the existing systems of bank.

It increases performance and quality of the provided information services. Now in our plans expansion of functionality of a system and connection of branches".
