The administration of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra uses the eToken keys for protection of jury lists

The Soft Industry company on the basis of solutions of Aladdin R.D. company implemented the project on automation of procedures of formation of candidate lists in jury members of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and to security of personal data in the system of formation of lists by means of software of the AIS "Zodiac", the company in the press release reported on February 19, 2013.

Formation of jury lists of assessors in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug takes place according to the Federal law of August 20, 2004 N 113-FZ "About jury members of federal courts of general jurisdiction in the Russian Federation" (further – the Federal law) in several stages and it is the difficult organizational and technical process requiring interdepartmental interaction, personal data processing according to the Federal law of the Russian Federation of July 27, 2006 N152-FZ "About Personal Data".

For data protection solution development in the AIS "Zodiac", after the careful analysis of the products existing in the market, developers made the decision on use of experience of Aladdin R.D. company regarding product development of a line Secret Disk and "eToken Kriptoarm", joint development of the companies"Digital technologies", "KRYPTO-PRO" and Aladdin R.D..

Solution

Access to the ciphered data is provided on electronic key of eToken. At the same time two-factor authentication of users which in addition reduces risks of unauthorized access to information is used, and operations on storage and personal data processing are brought into accord with requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
