Having studied, different options, for automation of the personified accounting we selected software products of a line of 1C. The choice was influenced by such criteria as popularity of solutions of 1C, price level, functionality of a system and also the fact that the program is developed and is improved taking into account requirements of the Russian legislation. The partner in implementation we selected 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) on the basis of the recommendations of acquaintances and its high rating among partner companies 1C. From a wide choice of software products for automation jointly with specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) we stopped on "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". Specialists of the company performed tuning of the program, the help with initial information input in the program is rendered and consultations on work in it are given. The software product meets all our requirements: increases performance of work of personnel department, provides visualization of charges, simplifies and optimizes settlement process and salary payments and also allows to receive automatically the code of postings on the basis of the entered data and the sheet for transfer to accounting. Quantity of the automated jobs: 1. Today a system is completely implemented in a company performance.
