Against information leaks Grazhdanproyekt Group uses DLP technologies

Softline completed system implementation of confidential information protection from leaks on the basis of the product McAfee Data Loss Prevention for Grazhdanproyekt Group, the press service of integrator reported on February 21, 2013.

Objectives

The engineering and analytical team of the contractor was attracted by the customer for the solution of a global task – the organization of confidential information protection which contains the large volume of the project documentation and, often, is of the state importance.

Job

For achievement of effective objectives the decision to use the scheme of licensing of McAfee MFE Total Protection for DLP, as a part of which all modules of technology of confidential information protection from leaks is made:

• module McAfee Endpoint DLP;
• module McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO);
• centralized operation;
• Active Directory integration.

In implementation process of the project the working group carried out:

• collection of data on information systems;
• creation of rules of response of a system to detection of confidential information;
• delivery of information security tools;
• installation and setup of the module on the customer's server;
• installation and setup of work of agents;
• debugging and delivery in production operation;
• personnel training.

Result

Implementation of the project solution implements the system of protection of information resources of customer company on the basis of the product using such means of the analysis which allow to advance threats to make diagrams of data streams and to describe structure of their use in the organization that gives the chance quickly to create effective politicians of protection, without breaking a work progress of the company.
