The chief developer of nuclear weapon of Russia implemented the ERP system

2016

From December 12 to December 16 in Moscow members of interdepartmental commission of experts which part representatives of primary branches of defense industry complex were carried out about 600 tests and drew the conclusion about compliance of results of works to technical specifications and accomplishment of indicators of effectiveness.

Digital enterprise consists of a complex of the systems which are based on domestic software products among which software is the Alfa System.

In 2017-2020 further development of a system with participation of the nuclear center and key developer vendors of the basic software is planned.

2013

In February, 2013 Rosatom announced start in commercial operation of a standard ERP system in the Federal nuclear center in Sarov (RFYaTs VNIIEF). She solves all main objectives of enterprise management, including problems of production planning and economic management, accounting and tax accounting, management of finance, purchases and supply and allows to work with information of level of the state secret.

Development of a standard ERP system was conducted within the program for transformation of information technologies at the enterprises of Rosatom which in 2010 included also the enterprises of a nuclear and weapon complex.

For the last it means creation of process model of the enterprise based on a standard end-to-end information system with the subsequent its replication on all enterprises of a nuclear and weapon complex. VNIIEF acts in this case as a pilot zone, and started by ERP one of elements of an end-to-end system.

The Sarov ERP system is created on the basis of the Russian Alfa platform which developer is "Informkontakt". For use of the platform in VNIIEF it was required to finish it according to industry specifics. According to Rosatom, the price of the contract with Informkontakt of development of this solution was about 90 million rubles.

To start of the ERP system on work with it more than one thousand employees of VNIIEF were trained. In total 2 thousand people – planning, personnel, logistics specialists, economists, etc. had to become users of a system.

According to Rosatom, in addition to a standard ERP system in 2012 in VNIIEF within the program in commercial operation the electronic document management system, and in trial operation – the first stage of management systems for fixed assets, property and projects was also introduced. Also the 3D system prototype - design based on products of Ascon was created.

On February 20, 2013 the source close to Rosatom told TAdviser that trial operation of a number of IT systems in VNIIEF within creation of a standard information system for a nuclear and weapon complex and their transfer to the level of work with the state secret will last till 2014.

As of April, 2014 in a system more than 3000 users work.
