In 2023, programs on 1C, JavaScript, SQL, computer networks and Linux were launched. They are suitable for both IT professionals with experience and those who want to change their career track and develop in the field of information technology. So, in 2023, an employee with many years of experience as a lawyer came to retraining. He successfully completed his JavaScript Fullstack Developer training and defended his project. Obtaining a license for the provision of mobile communications services in the Russian Federation
On January 19, 2022, it became known that Rosatom had created its own virtual operator. The corresponding license of Roskomnadzor was received by the IT integrator Greenatom, which is part of the state corporation.
As Kommersant writes with reference to the register of issued licenses of Roskomnadzor, Greenatom was registered in it on September 29, 2021. The license issued to the company for the provision of mobile communications services in the Russian Federation was issued for 5 years and will begin to operate in September 2023. According to the publication, Tele2 was chosen as Rosatom's technological partner about the MVNO project - it is on its infrastructure that the virtual operator Greenatom will work.
By January 2022, more than 20 virtual operators operate on the Tele2 network. Their base at the end of 2020 exceeded 4.8 million (+ 28% compared to 2019).
The source of the newspaper in the telecommunications market noted that Rosatom does not have such a large number of employees to create its own operator for them. The latter is needed by state-owned companies for technical connections.
Rosatom can use its own virtual operator for new projects in the Internet of Things. In particular, it will be useful for a smart city, says Karen Ghazaryan, Director General of the Institute for Internet Research. Also, the operator is needed so as not to give third-party partners the processing of data received from smart devices, the publication says.
This is not the first time that a large corporation has launched a virtual operator, says Konstantin Ankilov, head of the TMT Consulting analytical agency. According to him, various types of virtual operator are possible - from a simple change of brand to the complete transfer of billing, receiving payments and processing customer calls. Rosatom is a large structure, and the MVNO operator will be able, for example, to serve employees of the state corporation, be used for corporate communications or equipment connection, the analyst argues.[1]
