TNK-BP upgrades methodology and technology of a control system of settlement of the enterprises of holding

The Microtest company carried out audit, technology reorganization and reconfiguration of the website of reconciliation of settlement of oil holding TNK-BP, the press service of the contractor reported on February 21, 2013.

Start

The system of reconciliation of internal settlement between subjects of holding is developed and implemented by specialists Microtest in 2008.

In a project deliverable each division of holding got quick access to the internal website of the company without the need for installation of additional software.

In 2012 TNK-BP had a need to make functional changes to work of this resource. In particular, to change methodology of preparation of the consolidated statements, including - instruments of consolidation. Changes also concerned the chart of accounts, model of the reporting and model of security.

These reasons became the basis for acceptance by the management of TNK-BP of the decision on reengineering of a corporate network resource.

Job

During the project implemented by the contractor, upgrades underwent all main parts of the existing system:

• database;
• system of the normative reference information (NRI);
• interfaces of export/import of data;
• report generation module;
• user interface.

Technology platform to the project became:

• MS Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system;
• MS SQL Server DBMS 2008 R2;
• IIS 7.0 Web server;
• development tools of DXperience 12.2 (Developer Express).

Result

After upgrade the resource allows to consolidate and process information more than 200 enterprises of TNK-BP.
