Project implementation in the field of analytical CRM, including automation and optimization of target marketing became the important area of work in 2012. Projects in MTS and NOMOS-bank are complete. In UniCredit Bank project implementation on automation of target marketing based on SAS Marketing Automation and on creation of analytical storage began. In Home Credit bank the SAS Campaign Management system which works in the test mode now is implemented.

In March, 2013 a system is brought into operation, the press service of the contractor reported on April 9, 2013.

Result

Test operation of the decision which the bank passed within the last three months showed significant progress both in respect of performance, and in respect of speed and convenience of setup of targeted campaigns. During implementation 60 standard campaigns are configured. Response level on them increased more than by 5%. Results of test operation and also experience of application of the solution SAS Campaign Management in other Russian banks give all grounds to expect a fast investment payback in 2013.

In bank of analytical CRM on the SAS platform specialists of Glowbyte company, one of partners of SAS Russia/CIS were engaged in implementation. The project team performed solution integration of SAS Campaign Management with the data warehouse of bank and communication channels with clients. To provide compliance of the implemented solution to standards of SAS and to provide minimization of the customizations executed by integrator, the bank charged to SAS Russia/CIS accomplishment of designer's service (Quality Assurance) within the project.
