Company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project of complex automation of Starlyub LLC with the help of the solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8", the press service of integrator reported on February 25, 2013.
Background
Considering the high status of the general partner - Texaco, top management of Starlyub put forward a strategic problem of development of the company – to expand geography of influence of the Tekhaso brand in the territory of Russia using formation of steady and effective network of sales from the independent dealer companies.
For implementation of this large-scale project the modern information system which would allow to keep operational accounting of stock balance was required, to manage purchases and sales of products, to control settlement with the supplier and buyers and to provide the management of reliable information about activity of all divisions. An important condition when choosing the software product was the fact that the program should evolve together with growth and development of the company.
As the software product the solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8" was selected. The company "1C became the partner in implementation: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade).
Solution
During the project work of a warehouse, purchasing department, sales, finance division, accounting, personnel department and payroll is completely automated.
Result
- Operational accounting of stock balance is organized. Managers have data access about warehouse stocks in the mode "online" and, taking into account statistics of sales and goods turnover rate, timely create supplier orders.
- Thanks to operational processing and a complete set of orders in a warehouse, obligations to clients are fulfilled in time. Improvement of service quality raised the trust level of buyers and positively affected sales amounts. Only in the first months of use of a system sales volumes increased by 30%.
- Accurate control of a payment receipt from buyers is set. It allowed to avoid exceeding of the set regulations of receivables and with a high accuracy to plan cash receipt. As a result, the probability of emergence of cash gaps is excluded.
- There was an opportunity to control profitability of sales, to carry out the analysis and comparison of selling prices of the company to the prices of the supplier and competitors, to calculate optimal realization value. Thus it is possible to offer buyers the beneficial prices, excluding at the same time sales opportunity of products at a loss of the company.
- Automatic filling CTD (cargo trade declaration) allowed to reduce time for execution of operations on accounting and distribution of the amounts of the excises paid at customs for the imported products. Earlier distribution of the amounts of excises was conducted using spreadsheets and occupied about a working hour, now on it the couple of minutes is required all.
- All necessary reporting is prepared qualitatively and in time.
