In GKU "Management of a Contract System" of the Novosibirsk region procedures of placement of the state order are automated

The Ultimeta company completed implementation of automated information system "Ultimeta the State order of 2012" in Management of a contract system of the Novosibirsk region, the company reported on February 25, 2013.

Expectations

Implementation of the software package "Ultimeta State Order" will provide complex automation of all stages of placement of the state order of the Novosibirsk region. Automation of planning of the state order, approval of requests for order placement, automation of holding procurement procedures, accounting and control of performance of government contracts are provided in a system.

"At work on system implementation in Management of a contract system of the Novosibirsk region, we tried to consider all features of internal document flow at order placement, both between the specialized organization and the customer, and between departments of management, – the manager of projects of Ultimeta company Alexey Bezdushny noted. – Our solution allows to avoid completely paper document flow, and even phone calls and e-mail. All approvals, both with the customer, and between the staff of management, are carried out through a system, using means of the electronic digital signature".
