Main activities:

• Sale and implementation of software products and 1C services
• Maintenance of users of programs 1C for the Standard of information and technology support of 1C Company;
• Implementation and adaptation of software products of 1C for the purpose of business process automation of users;
• Automation of accounting, tax and management accounting based on software products of 1C;
• User training to work with programs and 1C services;
• Sale and accomplishment of difficult and large-scale projects.

2016

On September 22, 2016 the Ф1СОФТ.РУ Group underwent certification audit on compliance of a quality management system to the international standard ISO 9001:2008. During audit the full compliance was set to requirements of the standard.

Certificate of conformity N 206762-2016-AQ-MCW-FINAS of 9/22/2016 is received.

As certifying authority one of the most authoritative and large international certified organizations - DNV GL Business Assurance company was selected.

Scope of the certificate is "Providing complex services of automation of accounting and office work on the basis of software products of 1C Company: help in the choice of the software, sale of software products, delivery, installation, setup, implementation, after-sale service, user training"

For preparation and system implementation of quality management the company used own techniques and technologies developed taking into account long experience with a quality management system "1C founded on techniques: The standard quality system of the franchisee" and 1C: ProfCase 2.0, developed by 1C Company on the basis of the quality standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2008.
