The I-Teco company since February, 2013 began providing new complex service - "Service of printing, copying and scanning". The purpose of service - to help clients to optimize accounting of use of the multiple copying equipment and to reduce costs for its service and supplies.

According to specialists of I-Teco, service of outsourcing of printing can be popular by any companies where electronic document management - irrespective of their industry accessory and scale of business for a number of reasons is not used.

"There are many companies which activity is connected with the large volume of paper document flow. For example, in the field of housing and public utilities and real estate and to some other it is simple to banks, insurance companies, management companies not to do without it in connection with requirements of the legislation. Therefore expenses on support of function of printing of documents make a considerable part of operating costs of such organizations. Our service gives the chance to reduce these costs and at the same time to increase quality of work with documents", - the director of Service division of I-Teco Evgeny Shchepilov noted. Service can be also popular by the companies which build the work according to the principles of sustainable development providing reduction of negative ecological impact.

Transfer of function of printing and service of the multiple copying equipment on outsourcing allows to reduce own costs of clients for service of the multiple copying equipment, purchase of supplies and component parts, energy consumption. Within service monitoring of printing devices is also conducted that degree of their demand helps to elicit, the facts of inappropriate use, it is rational to distribute the multiple copying equipment for its uniform loading.

The service cost Service of the printing is determined proceeding from intensity of document flow, the number of printing devices, the cost of their service and repair. The rate for use of service is calculated by the integrated parameter - the cost of the printing copy (the indicator including overheads, cost of supplies, rates for service, etc.). Such approach provides transparent pricing and simplicity of accounting that is profitable to both the client, and the supplier of service. According to Evgeny Shchepilov, "knowing the price of each copy of the document sent to printing it is possible to manage this item of expenditure - to regulate what documents can be printed and whom, to carry out monitoring of frequency of use of printing devices and their technical condition. In addition to real economy, it also a factor of increase in performing discipline of employees".

The new service of I-Teco includes monitoring of the multiple copying equipment (technical condition, intensity of use) and accounting of number of the executed printing copies. Thanks to transfer on outsourcing of all works on service of office equipment from own IT divisions of the customer the large volume of routine operations on purchase and storage of supplies, performing prevention and repairs of the equipment, to a software update is removed.
