Staff of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) automated drugstore Saltanat. Upgrade key business of processes was performed thanks to system implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. Drugstore for Kazakhstan" and installations of a specialized retail store equipment. Improvement of the following indicators was as a result mentioned: service rate of buyers increased by 15%, the quantity of errors in work decreased by 13%, the gain of clients made 10%.

Saltanat LLP is the drugstore located in the city of Almaty. The main activity of the organization – implementation of medications and the equipment.

Earlier the drugstore was automated using the program "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting for Kazakhstan", the problem of accounting and tax accounting allowing to solve. However the company management wanted to control also managerial questions. With respect thereto the campaign for automation with industry orientation was organized.

1C specialists were involved to these purposes: The first BIT which recommended to the customer to install a system "1C:Enterprise 8. Drugstore for Kazakhstan" which is intended for the organization of retail of pharmaceutical products according to the main statutory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition to a system the retail store equipment was installed: The POS Posiflex DT-308-B terminal (LCD8", 1Gb DDR3, 160 GB HDD, MSR), a data collection terminal of Opticon H-15 1D (11961), a support for the shipping documentation H15 CRD-15 + PSU (11963), the scanner of the barcode Opticon OPR-3201 (USB, Black, a support) (11789), software of MobileLogistics v.5.x the License Basic Win, the printer of the barcode GODEX DT2, a strongbox of CR-2005 Cash drawer, the display of the buyer "Senor Tech" with USB interface, ShTRIH-Light-FR-F-KZ a fiscal registrar.

As a result of optimization of a trading activity dynamics of business considerably improved. In the program the possibility of providing discounts and bonus savings is implemented – it promoted increase in loyalty of buyers. Thanks to application "1C:Enterprise 8. The drugstore for Kazakhstan" and a retail store equipment raised efficiency of customer service, the list of the provided services extended. Possibilities of price analysis and also the mechanism of automatic purpose of retail prices allow to make competitive price lists. Account of medicines can be kept by expiration dates and certificates. Functions are also available: selection of analogs of medicines, their disassembling, search of additional data (MNN, the trade name, the main active ingredient, pharmacological group, a holiday according to the recipe and so forth), printing of price labels and labels.

Control of work of a warehouse allowed to lower costs, to avoid regrading and an inappropriate funds expenditure. In the program it is easy to execute the following transactions: perform goods return to the supplier; browse movement of medicines in a warehouse; use order schemes of movement, implementation and intake of medicines; carry out inventory and so forth.
