The Teleopti company developed the solution for profound job analysis of staff of contact centers – the module of the reporting Performance Manager. The analysis on the basis of Performance Manager is carried out using key performance indicators (KPI), estimated sheets, pivot charts, tables and detailed reports. Using the new tool the Russian contact centers will be able to optimize expenses on compensation of employees for 15-25%.
The add-on module of the reporting Performance Manager entering the solution Teleopti CCC is created based on OLAP- technologies (Online Analytical Processing) Microsoft, differs in high data processing rate, is integrated with any systems connected with support of transactions (Desktop Analytics CRM HR , etc.), and allows to export easily all these century Microsoft Excel.
