Partnership with Apex Berg

In November 2012, Teleopti and Apex Berg announced a partnership to increase the professionalism of specialists in load forecasting and human resource planning.

Within the framework of the partnership, Apex Berg specialists were trained and certified by Teleopti to optimize WFM processes using Teleopti CCC software. The training course contained an acquaintance with the specifics of the architectural and technical structure of Teleopti CCC and was built on practical lessons in compiling a load forecast, various approaches to planning the work schedule of operators, to its administration and optimization. Apex Berg specialists plan to use this knowledge both when conducting an audit of the WFM process using the Teleopti solution and for professional training of contact center managers.
