The administration of the Tyumen region automates data processing about execution of budgets by municipalities

The BFT company completed the works on the organization of the centralized information and technical platform for process automation of storage, data processing and obtaining operational information about budget implementation of the Tyumen region and budgets of municipal entities on the basis of a management system for public finance of "ADC-Finance", the press service of the company reported on March 4, 2013.

Participants

Users of the unified information system are participants of budget process both the subject, and all municipal entities of the Tyumen region, including all financial bodies, managers, the main managers of budgetary funds and all organizations. Today to the centralized information and technical platform are connected and successfully budget, autonomous and state institutions of 26 municipal entities of the Tyumen region from most of which part uses access to a system by means of the Internet work.

Solution

In the project progress the technology of the centralized administration and maintaining reference books is developed, in structure of the centralized storage separate information spaces for each of budgets at the level of the subject, municipal entities and settlements were created. Participants of budget process had an opportunity to use the uniform normative reference information created in the system of budget implementation with respect for the principle of single information input.
