Inventive Retail Group completed SAP implementation

SAP for Retail is the software solution for retail allowing to plan, to model and keep operational accounting of all purchase transactions and logistics. System implementation of SAP for Retail in Inventive Retail Group optimizes work with the range of retail stores which makes about 20,000 names.

Project Progress

Implementation of modern industry solution became an important component of business process reengineering of Inventive Retail Group in such areas as assortment management, the order of goods to suppliers, merchandising, logistic and financial accounting. In the beginning management systems for master data for the organization of category management are implemented. Then based on funktsionalnosty SAP MM/SD (management of material flows / sales and distribution) processes of quantitative accounting of merchandising – from registration of supplier orders before sales in shops are optimized. At the final stage process optimization of management of pricing and a trade inventory with a possibility of the autoorder is performed.
