Specialists of the company IT implemented an implementation project of a system of business simulation on the basis of tools ARIS in networks Tatneft-AZS-CentreTatneft-AZS-West of gas Station " and, the press service of integrator reported on March 14, 2013.

Goal

Within the project of improvement of a management system in the retail sales network the oil company decided to carry out development and deployment of a system of business simulation to "Tatneft gas station the Center".

The IT company became the winner of the tender.

Project objectives in Tatneft Gas Station Center network: creation of an organizational and methodical basis for formation of a system of process management, increase in level of automation of key business processes, training of personnel.

Approach on stages

Specialists of IT trained personnel in the field of business simulation in two regional business units of retail network "Tatneft" at the first stage, developed bases of a system of business simulation and methodical documentation, described key business processes "as is" in "Tatneft-AZS-Centre" and "Tatneft-AZS-West" and also executed business simulation system implementation on the basis of the ARIS tools.

The next stage which the IT company - the works on reengineering and process automation of functioning of retail sales network of the organization including the description of key business processes of regional branches started "as should be", development of standard model of a target organization structure and also offers and recommendations about improvement of the existing automation systems.
