Gidropromstroy LLC started conducting personnel records using software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" which implementation was carried out by 1C-Rarus company, the press service of the contractor reported on March 15, 2013.
Readiness
For ensuring high-quality support of the HR policy, the enterprise needed a modern information system. Opportunities for personnel management, payroll and conducting personnel records (HRM) were among the main requirements to a system.
Gidropromstroy selected the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product. Implement a system invited specialists of 1C-Rarus company.
Solution
During the project adaptation of standard functionality of the program under specific features of accounting and management is carried out to the companies. In particular, types of payroll by a corporate technique are configured.
Specialists 1C-Rarus created the information system allowing to keep effectively personnel records in Gidropromstroy company and to quickly calculate the salary. The project is implemented on the basis of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product.
