Specialists of 1C-Rarus integrator using functionality of the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product created the information management system sales, purchases, warehouse stocks and pricing in the Stellapro of Energo trading company, the press service of the contractor reported on March 15, 2013.
Task
Effective management of sales, purchases, warehouse stocks, pricing and programs of loyalty to customer company required an information system. Jointly with specialists of 1C-Rarus company the optimal solution – the 1C: Trade Management 8 program on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was selected.
Result
Implementation allowed to create an end-to-end system of management due to integration into other programs on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform used in the company. In particular, integration into "1C: Accounting 8" promoted operational data exchange about settlings with buyers and suppliers, to increase in efficiency of work with receivables.
Processes are controlled:
- wholesale and retail sales of electric equipment, LED lighting, lighting products;
- deliveries of electrotechnical products;
- deliveries of LED products;
- deliveries of lighting products more than 10 domestic and foreign manufacturers;
- sales planning and purchases;
- warehouse stocks;
- orders of buyers;
- customer relations.
A system helps managers to monitor efficiency of a trading activity and to analyze a goods turnover. "1C: Trade Management 8" happens to the help management of price policy.
