Content

The 1C-Rarus company automated operational and management accounting at restaurants of the ALROSA Hotels group: in six hotels located in six cities of Russia the industry software product " is installed by 1C: The public catering" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, reported the company contractor on March 19, 2013.

Background

The company management wanted to receive a transparent picture of work of restaurants of hotels and reliable data about production of dishes. Automation of inventory and production control of products and also reporting was required. The analysis of the solutions for catering establishments presented at the market as a result of which the program – "is selected by 1C is carried out: A public catering" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Works on implementation were carried out by specialists of 1C-Rarus company.

Project

In a work progress the following sections are automated: purchases of products at suppliers, management of warehouse stocks, the cost accounting on production, cost accounting of orders, pricing, order management of buyers, the analysis of sales. Training of staff of the company in work with the program is provided.


Result

The information system allows the customer of a message:

  • Quantitative and amount-based accounting on the different companies and warehouses;

  • Inventory control of receipts, movements, inventories and write-offs of inventory items;

  • Production accounting, including the expanded analysis and correction of production;

  • Conducting document flow according to direct and return schemes;

  • Accounting of retail and wholesale sales.

Software technologies helped the enterprise to organize accounting at all restaurants, irrespective of the operating managing form. Employees of the customer had an opportunity to automatically calculate the manufacturing cost of dishes and semi-finished products, to work with process charts. For company management the analytical and unified reporting is prepared.
