Potapov Artyom

The Code of Security company announced in March, 2013 position assignment of the commercial director Artem Potapov who was earlier holding the area director's position Finance in Check Point Software Technologies company.

In Code of Security Artem Potapov will be responsible for development and implementation of commercial strategy of the company, development of a partner network of vendor and sales promotion.

Has more than 13-year experience in the field of information security. Is the international certified expert specialist in information security field of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Biography

Artem Potapov graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPI), faculty of information security, in Applied mathematics. The professional activity began at institute, in project research laboratory MEPhI where was engaged in development of regulating documents regarding cybersecurity by request of State Technical Commission (nowadays FSTEC of Russia). From 1999 to 2000 worked as the engineer in Moscow Department of the Penza Research Electrotechnical Institute Ltd (MO PNIEI).

Upon termination of training at an extent of 6 years worked in Optima Group where there passed the way from the data protection specialist to the head of department of data protection. During operating time successfully implemented several large projects on information security in the oil and gas industry, power, metallurgy and so forth.

From 2007 to 2013 worked in Check Point Software Technologies company, began with a position of the account manager where was responsible for work with key customers in Russia and the CIS countries. Since 2010 held a position of the head of sales and was responsible for business development of Check Point Software Technologies company in the financial sector.
