The IT-Box company began the project on implementation of the CRM system for STC Ekspertcentre company, the press service of integrator reported on March 21, 2013. In the project the solution Microsoft Dynamics CRM is used.

Selecting future CRM, the STC Ekspertcentre company held the tender based on which, specialists of the company stopped on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Key features of this solution correspond to the interests of the company in the long term and help to arrange work of sales department, in particular. The main criteria for the choice of a system: scaling option, wide functionality and optimal project cost of implementation. The IT-Box company acted as the system integrator.
Objectives
Among the main objectives of the project there is an increase in sales volume of services and products, increase in level of transparency of business processes in department and overall effectiveness of employees. By estimates of the guide of the customer, use of the software solution from Microsoft will allow the company not only to considerably raise profit and to provide a fast output of new goods to the market, but also to strengthen the relations with potential clients.

For March 21, 2013 there is a process of input of CRM to operation. Initial setup and training of staff of the company is carried out.
