The center of support of IT-Box company is engaged in support and development of business applications of our clients. We render services in support of systems Microsoft Dynamics AX 1C QlikView, to MDS SQL Microsoft SharePoint. We help our clients to try to obtain maximum efficiency from use of a system.

Support of business applications, such as ERP, BI, portal solutions, workflow systems can be organized as by forces of staff of IT department of the company, and with involvement of specialists of the consulting company. History

2017: The FTO purchased IT-Box

The FTO company announced in April, 2017 closing of the transaction on acquisition of consulting company IT-Box. This acquisition will allow FTO to expand the customer base on maintenance, to increase project practice and to strengthen a command of sales.

Staff of both companies started solving of tasks in joint projects. The plan for increase in efficiency of services of IT-Box jointly with a support service of FTO is created.

According to Konstantin Ivanov, the managing partner of IT-Box, entry into group of FTO will allow to strengthen a position in the market due to synergy of strong project practice of IT-Box and high-quality support of FTO. Consolidation will give the chance to expand examination in solutions 1C and together with FTO to create industry solution on logistics on the new platform".

2007-2011

• 3/28/2011, It is announced obtaining competence SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) within which clients of the program of support of Microsoft Software Assurance can receive free consulting services of specialists of the Corporate portals direction of IT-Box company on deployment of SharePoint Server 2010. This program is designed to help Customers with development of the effective plan of creation of a corporate portal for technologies of Microsoft. The IT-Box company, the supplier of professional services on development and deployment of information systems and Silver Partner of Microsoft corporation in the Portals and Collaboration direction, took the next step in development of the Corporate portals direction, having received competence SDPS Service Provider. Existence of this competence allows experts of IT-Box to render services of planning of deployment of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 within the SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) program. These services are free for the companies which signed agreements on licensing and using the program of support Microsoft Software Assurance. Such clients receive from Microsoft corporation special vouchers which can be implemented, including, for receiving consulting services in IT-Box company. The essence of the SDPS program consists in decrease in project risks for a planning stage of future corporate portal of the organization. Accounting of potential technological, organizational, project risks helps to warn possible problems and to plan initially necessary composed for implementation of the successful project. • 2/2/2011. It is announced expansion of a product portfolio and opening of the new direction Corporate portals" based on Microsoft SharePoint 2010. Besides, old and successful cooperation of IT-Box with Microsoft corporation defined the choice of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 as the platform for creation of the solution "IT-Box: Corporate portal".
• At the end of 2009 IT-Box received an award of ENCHANCEMENT CHAMPION 2009 "Opening of year", and in 2010 the Microsoft corporation awarded the company in the special nomination "For a contribution to development of the industry Professional services. Also the company became the winner of competition of the leading solution providers Microsoft Dynamics ERP in 2012-2013 in the industry "Transport and logistics".
