CORUS Consulting Group completed the project on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in manufacturing company of the dry construction mixes "KS Dealing", the company integrator reported on March 26, 2013.

Start

The decision on implementation of a new CRM system in "KS Dealing" is caused by need to create a uniform relevant product catalog and partners of the company, to receive the uniform authentic database for the sales department. Prior to the beginning of the project the customer base was kept in the Monitor CRM system, process of its updating was not structured, and data often were duplicated and were inaccurate.

Solution

As the new platform for automation the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 system, by the partner in implementation - CORUS Consulting Group is selected. During the project processes of formation and work with base of partners and products of the company are automated and also data migration from the existing accounting system and the Monitor CRM system is performed.

Interfaces

Specialists of the contractor automated process of data entry on products and partners of the company, including verification, check on duplicates and consolidation of data. Besides, import from external sources by the automated procedure of import of data was implemented. A system also supports formation of new records using the client of Microsoft Outlook.

The CRM system is integrated with Microsoft Lync 2010 regarding the organization of outgoing calls, and Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 based on which data storage on products and partners is organized. For all users the data access is configured depending on the appointed roles.
